Soup Mix, Cream of Mushroom 25 lb Bulk Box - Frontier
Always a popular soup, or for baked bean casserole. Contains sweet cream buttermilk, natural mushroom and onion flavor. For extra richness, prepare with milk and water.
Ingredients:Dairy whey, sweet cream buttermilk, natural mushroom flavor (dextrin, mushroom extract, salt), dried yeast, salt, butter powder (butter, sweet cream buttermilk), guar gum, dehydrated onion, carrageenan and mushrooms.
Directions: Add 2 level tablespoons of mix to 3/4 cup boiling water. Stir and let stand 2 minutes before serving. For extra richness, prepare as above using 1/2 cup water and 1/4 cup milk. Makes 1 cup. This product is not recommended for use in baking due to separation.
