All you need for cream soups--contains sweet cream buttermilk, salt, onion, turmeric and parsley. Add boiling water. For extra richness, prepare with milk also.

Ingredients: Dairy whey, sweet cream buttermilk, natural flavors (contains soybean derivatives), salt, butter powder (butter, sweet cream buttermilk), guar gum, dehydrated onion, carrageenan, textured soy protein, turmeric and parsley.

Directions: Add 2 level tablespoons of mix to 3/4 cup boiling water. Stir and let stand 2 minutes before serving. For extra richness, prepare as above using 1/2 cup milk and 1/4 cup water. Makes 1 cup. This product is not recommended for use in baking due to separation.
